Information about the article. 13 of the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree no. 196/03) (Published in the Official Gazette of 29 July 2003, General Series n. 174, ordinary supplement n. 123 / L)

Purposes of Processing

The data processing will be carried out for:

• To execute the service subscribed;
• To perform the obligations required by laws, regulations or legislation;
• The protection of the rights of "registerdog.com" in court;
• Send advertising and informative material;

At any time the User may change its privacy settings by visiting the "edit profile". In case he wants to withdraw his consent to the processing of his personal data he will need to follow the cancellation procedure which will involve the voluntary withdrawal of the user.

It is understood that Registerdog will continue to have the billing information for the period provided by law.

For the protection of the User, Registerdog will not erase (unless specifically requested) from the dogs entered by the user the name of the owner, to prevent others from improperly taking their place.

Method of Processing

The data will be processed mainly through electronic and computer instruments and stored on computer media, on paper or on any other suitable media, in compliance with the minimum security measures in accordance with the Technical Regulations regarding minimum security.

Obligatory

The data required are those marked with an asterisk (*) on the registration form, the profile shown on the card, and the billing tab of the dog. They are those strictly necessary in order to fulfill the requirements related to the billing of the service (including checking the VAT on institutional web sites) and the requested service, the recognition process, in order to extend some additional services such as the compilation of the pedigrees, as well as perform statistical and market research.

Consequences of refusing personal data

In case of failure to include one or more required fields you can not access the requested service.

Persons to whom personal data information may be disclosed

Personal data relating to the process in question may also be communicated to persons who have been granted the right to access your personal information by law or secondary legislation and / or Community.

Rights of the User

In regard to the processing of personal data the subject shall have the right, as indicated in Art. 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights) of the Privacy Code:

• He has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
• He has the right to obtain the indication:
  • of the origin of personal data;
  • of the purposes and methods of treatment;
  • of the logic applied in case of treatment with the aid of electronic instruments;
  • of the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
  • of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
• He has the right to obtain:
  • updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
  • erasure or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
  • certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
• The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
  • for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes;
  • the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

Special provisions apply to users outside the Italian territory

The User agrees that his personal data is transferred and processed in Italy.
